Answer Wizard not displaying due to Help topic does not have demonstration.

Cause:

The Help topic selected does not have a demonstration. Although the topic is displayed from the Answer Wizard tab, the Answer Wizard dialog box does not necessarily appear.

Solution:

There is no workaround for this problem.
